Boarding Agreement - Contract form report that can be printed when the pets are checked in. The contract can be edited to include the kennel owners "exact words". Boarding Invoice - prints a complete invoice report with itemized descriptions of boarding charges, retail charges, boarding service charges, discounts, greeting message, taxes and total. Boarding No Show - prints a report of all kennel clients who did not show up for their appointment. Capacity Vs. Occupancy - based on a certain date entered the report will print the kennel categories along with the total capacity versus the current occupancy for each category. Courtesy Call List - prints a list of customers and their information that are coming in on the next business day. Customer Price List - prints a report of all retail items along with kennel cost, sell price and tax status. Employee - prints a comprehensive report on all employees entered with name, address, phone and emergency phone number information. Expense - prints a complete expense report based on a user defined beginning and ending date range. Daily Work list by Pet - prints a report based on a certain date entered the special work tasks by pet. Daily Work List by Service - prints a report based on a certain date entered the special work tasks by service. Grooming Sales - prints a report for all the groomers on a beginning and ending date range the total grooming appointments information. It also lists the grooming sales amount which is the total sales price less each groomer's percentage. Kennel Availability - prints a report based on a certain date entered the complete availability listing for each kennel category and also lists the exact kennels that are available. Kennel Arrival - based on an entered beginning and ending date range the complete list of clients due to arrive at the kennel. The report breaks down the information by arrival and departure date, client and pet information and kennel category. Kennel Departure - based on an entered beginning and ending date range the complete list of clients due to leave the kennel. The report breaks down the information by departure and arrival date, client and pet information and kennel category. Kennel Occupancy - prints a report based on a certain date entered the complete current occupancy listing for each kennel category and also lists the exact kennels that are occupied. Kennel Revenue - based on an entered beginning and ending date range and by description category the report prints a complete revenue summary. The category breakdowns include the following: Boarding Fees, Boarding Services, Boarding Retail, Grooming Retail, Grooming Services and Combined Categories. Kennel Tag - prints a report sheet that contains all of the dog's information, special needs and medical notes that is commonly placed on the kennel itself. Past Reservations - prints a report of all past reservations. Pets currently in Kennel - prints a report of all the pets currently in the kennel complete with kennel category and check in and check out dates. Shelf Count Form - prints a list of all inventory items which provides a space by each item to manually write in the current inventory count. Status - prints a complete report on all inventory items both retail and supply items. The report lists the inventory totals, quantity on hand, re-order point and the total inventory amount. Unpaid Invoice Boarding - report based on entered beginning and ending date ranges the customers that have only partially paid their Boarding bill. This section also allows for entering additional partial payments and paid in full payments which would clear the customer off the list.
