AKC Entry Forms - - prints the AKC form that is built in the system. The form prints all information entered for the dog and the show and prints the full AKC Form on a standard sheet of paper. The current entry form text and format has been updated as of March 6, 2002. Accommodations - - a report listing all accommodation information in a selected date range. Information involves hotel/Rv name, amount, and number of nights reserved. Address Labels Blank Entry Form - A blank AKC entry form can be printed without pertaining to a dog’s information. Call Name Master List - prints out as list of all the call name’s for every dog in your kennel. Catalog Tare Sheets - The Catalog Tare sheet form is designed to help the handler keep track of who made the copies, what date the sheets were sent to the client, and who completed the sheets at the show. Customer - The customer report list all the invoices that have been sent a particular client. Employee - The employee report list employee information, hours worked and salary for a particular employee Entry Schedule- The entry schedule has been redesigned to print multiple dogs on either pre-printed entries that are received from the show superintendents or the Handling In Windows generated entries. Expense/Income - The expense/income report list all the expenses and income generated for a selected date range. Handler Price List - Designed to print out a list of show prices for a new client to view. Handler Contract - The handler contract is setup in each pet detail screen. This allows for the Contract to print out a particular dog’s information along with the handler’s information. Income - This report prints out a list of the handler’s income for a selected date range. Individual Pet Detail - The pet detail report includes registration, owners, breeders and complete individual dog information. The information can be printed for record keeping. Invoicing - - This section is for recording client/dog transactions and displaying and printing invoices. Judging Schedule - prints out a list of show dogs with corresponding show information and approximated judging time. The print out follows the same format of the Judging Program. Owner Master List - - prints out a list of all the owners for record keeping. Payment Status - This report displays the payment status for a particular client such as: current payment with the corresponding date and balance due. Pet Database Report - This report displays all Pets with associated Sire, Dam, Owner information in one report. Registered Name Master List - - Prints out a master list of all the dogs in your kennel by registered name. Show Calendar - The show calendar prints out show detail such as entry fee amount , closing date, superintendent and show information, which can be selected by a date range. Show Database Report - This report displays all show detail entries for all dogs entered into any shows with associated Points and Judges. Show Summary - A detailed report listing the show names and entries for the handler to use as record keeping of expenses, wins, travel fees, and etc. Show History - A show history report can be printed for each individual show dog. The report lists conformation wins along with group and best in show wins. The report has be redesigned to print the group placement, group judge and the handler, along with the conformation show history. Also, the report is viewing and printing in chronological order. Tax - - The Tax report lists the amount of tax that has been charged to each account. Unpaid Invoice - This report prints out a list of all invoices that are currently unpaid. It shows the invoice date range, amount, and corresponding client that the invoice was sent to. |
